Distinctions

Interpump has been included in the MIB ESG index launched by Euronext and Borsa Italiana, dedicated to Italian blue-chip companies that implement best ESG practices. The index includes up to 40 companies with the highest liquidity and free-float market capitalization, assessed by Sustainalytics as compliant with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and ILO Conventions, and not involved in controversial sectors. The weighting of companies within the index, which is reviewed quarterly, is designed to promote portfolio decarbonization, improve the overall ESG score of the index, and limit deviations from weights based on free-float market capitalization.

Interpump Group has been recognized among the “Sustainability Leaders 2025” by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista, for its outstanding environmental, social, and governance performance. This inclusion confirms the value of the path undertaken by the Group in 2022 with the approval of 2023–2025 ESG Plan — the Group’s first sustainability plan — and its subsequent implementation steps.

Interpump Group has received the “Best Performer of the Year” award from SDA Bocconi School of Management, the Business School of Bocconi University in Milan.
The recognition was based on the Group’s market positioning, technological innovation, and ability to generate internal value. The evaluation followed a multidimensional analysis that considered not only economic and financial indicators, but also technological innovation, value creation within the company, and social and environmental impact.
