Interpump Group S.p.A. has set up various channels for reporting, in a confidential and private manner, violations or alleged violations of the principles and rules contained in the Code of Ethics, the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and the Group policies and procedures, as well as violations or alleged violations of laws and/or regulations in general.
Interpump Group S.p.A. is committed to guaranteeing the confidentiality of the persons and facts reported, as well as the identity of the whistleblower. After ascertaining their reliability, all reports, including anonymous ones, will be handled by the Persons in Charge of the Management of Whistleblowing Reports in accordance with the “Procedure for the Management of Whistleblowing Reports.”
The personal data and information provided in the context of the whistleblowing procedure will be processed for the purpose of managing and following up the report, as well as investigating any reported conduct and taking the necessary measures, in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Regulation. The purposes and methods of data processing by Interpump Group S.p.A. are regulated in the privacy policy.
